Myrtle Beach Golf Courses
The oldest golf course in Myrtle Beach is the Lakes
Country Club. Finished in 1927 a group of professionals
built an upscale beach retreat called Arcady which included
what is now known as Pine Lakes Country Club and the
Ocean Forest Hotel, remaining to this day as a reminder
of the 20's.
Myrtle Beach Golf courses reach over 100, with the
temperate and climate being perfect for golf. There
will be golf played in Myrtle Beach year round, with
only the occasional lousy golf day. If the sun is out
in Myrtle Beach, the weather will be ideal any time
of year.
